• Organiser account: email and authentication data.
• Event data: attendee names, tables, seats, meals, check-ins, photos and messages uploaded by organisers or guests.

How we use it

Solely to operate the EventDay service — display seat information, record check-ins, and share event photos.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. Attendee data is only visible to the organiser of that event and to attendees searching within it.

Retention

Event data may be deleted by the organiser at any time. We retain data for the active life of the event unless requested otherwise.
