Refund Policy

Rythmos Enterprise (SSM 003861574-A) offers the following refund terms for EventDay access codes.

Cancellation before event

Access codes cancelled more than 7 days before the scheduled event date are eligible for a full refund minus a 5% administration fee.

Late cancellation

Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.

Service issues

If the service is materially unavailable due to our fault, contact us within 14 days for a full refund or credit.
