These Terms govern your use of EventDay, operated by Rythmos Enterprise (SSM 003861574-A). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Service

EventDay provides QR-based digital guest experience tools for corporate events. Access is granted via access codes issued after payment confirmation.

Payment

All payments are processed offline via bank transfer to Rythmos Enterprise. Access codes are non-transferable and single-use unless otherwise specified.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload unlawful, harassing, or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to breach security or access other organisers' data.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". Rythmos Enterprise is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.
